La basura se deposita en el shut qué se encuentra cruzando la puerta de las escaleras de emergencia:
1. Localiza la puerta de emergencia e ingresa.
2. Localiza el shut sobre el pasillo.
3. Abre la puerta metálica y dejar caer la basura por el túnel.
-*Si la basura es muy grande o es basura qué no se puede desechar (cajas y/o botellas de vidrio) por favor visita el Sótano 1 y ubica el contenedor. Puedes preguntar sin duda alguna las personas te guiarán hasta encontrarlo.
The garbage is deposited in the shut which is across the door of the emergency stairs:
1. Locate the emergency door and enter.
2. Locate the shut above the hallway.
3. Open the metal door and drop the garbage down the tunnel.
-*If the garbage is very large or it is garbage that cannot be disposed of (boxes and/or glass bottles) please visit Basement 1 and locate the container. You can ask without a doubt the people will guide you until you find it.

Funcionamiento / functioning
- Abra la puerta y coloque las prendas en la lavadora.
- Open the door and put the clothes in the washing machine.
2. Agregue los productos de limpieza (detergente y suavizante) en la gaveta dispensadora.

3. Encender la lavadora. • Presione el botón de Encendido para encender la lavadora..
3. Turn on the washing machine. • Press the Power button to turn on the washing machine.
4. Elegir el ciclo de lavado deseado.
•Gire la perilla de selección de ciclo hasta llegar al ciclo deseado.
5. Comenzar el ciclo.
• Presione el botón Inicio/Pausa para comenzar el ciclo. La lavadora se agitará brevemente sin agua para medir el peso de la carga.
4. Choose the desired wash cycle.
• Turn the Cycle Selector Knob until you reach the desired cycle.
5. Start the cycle.
• Press the Start/Pause button to start the cycle. The washer will shake briefly without water to measure the weight of the laundry.
Ciclo de lavado y secado
- Gire la perilla de selección de ciclo hasta llegar al ciclo deseado.
Seleccione el botón "Secado" (parte inferior derecha) presione hasta qué se habilite la opción "Por tiempo"; establezca el tiempo de secado con los botones "- +".

- Turn the cycle selection knob until you reach the desired cycle.
Select the "Secado" button (bottom right) press until the "Por tiempo" option is enabled; set the drying time with the "- +" buttons.

• Press the Start/Pause button to start the cycle.

6. Cuando el ciclo termine, se escuchará una melodía. Retire inmediatamente las prendas de la lavadora para evitar que se arruguen excesivamente.

Te enviaremos una foto del artículo(s) y podrás pasar por el cuándo tu lo desees.
* Los artículos olvidados se resguardaran por un mes.
Don't worry!
During the day of your departure, the cleaning staff will notify you if they found any forgotten item(s).
We will send you a photo of the item(s) and you can go through it whenever you want.
* Forgotten items will be kept for a month.

Sabemos qué los accidentes ocurren.
Sí por accidente dañaste algún artículo y/o la propiedad, por favor, notifícalo de inmediato.
No trates de repararlo.
Revisaremos el daño y llegaremos a un acuerdo para su reparación.
Recuerda que todo tiene solución.

We know that accidents happen.
If you accidentally damage an objetc and/or property, please notify us immediately.

Car parking lot
Estaciona tu vehículo en los lugares asignados a tu reserva, asegurate qué sean los indicados.
Si te estacionas en otro lugar qué no corresponde tu auto puede ser inmovilizado y tendrás qué pagar una multa.
Park your vehicle in the places assigned for your reservation, make sure that they are indicated.
If you park in another place that does not correspond, your car can be immobilized and you will have to pay a fine.
